We offer various subscription plans that provide repatriation assistance, funeral cost coverage, local transportation, and additional support services. Our subscription plans are self-descriptive, and you are responsible for reviewing each plan carefully before subscribing.

User Account and Registration

To access our services, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may delete your account at any time, and while we will remove your personal data as soon as possible, some information may be retained for legal or administrative purposes.

Subscription & Payment

Our services are subscription-based and billed monthly on an auto-recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation takes effect immediately, and no prorated refunds will be provided. In some cases, we may offer a grace period of up to three days for failed payments before cancellation.

Third-Party Payment Processing

We use third-party payment services such as Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. We share your data with these third-party providers only as necessary to process transactions.

User Responsibilities

Probation Periods and Payouts

Many subscription plans include a probation period during which you are not eligible for payouts. If you cancel your plan and resubscribe, your probation period resets based on the new subscription date.

We may be affiliated with other service providers, and our prices may differ from market rates. In situations where a cash option is chosen, such decisions are at our discretion and subject to applicable fees and service charges.

Legal and Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind. Sure Departure is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
